AVA CARRINGTON RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive your package. Refunds will be processed and a full refund minus the shipping costs will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non refundable. Please note that full inspection and processing of returns can take 2-3 weeks.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items must be returned with the AVA CARRINGTON hang tag still attached and must be in their original packaging such as the AVA CARRINGTON box and dust bag. Items that do not meet these requirements will be denied.

We only accept returns or exchanges on purchases from www.avacarrington.com

AVA CARRINGTON reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production.

HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

1.Contact a Customer Representative at contact@avacarrington.com with a description of what you want to return plus your order number. We will email you a return shipping label within 1-2 business day(s). 
2. Put the bag and all the associated accessories back into the packaging.
3. Attach the return label to your package.
4. Note your tracking number if you want to track your return while it’s en route. 
5. For returns made within the United States, drop package off at any UPS drop-off location. For returns made internationally, drop package off at any DHL drop-off location. 
6. Once your package is received, we will follow-up with a receipt confirmation.

If you are shipping a return or exchange to us using your own mail carrier (at your own cost), we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please provide our Customer Service team with your tracking information (the easiest way is to follow up with contact@avacarrington.com on the same email thread where you initiated the request). Save the shipping receipt for your records.

LOST PACKAGE?

We ship via UPS, USPS & DHL who provide secure and easily trackable methods of shipping. If your package is lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
